The Westin San Francisco Market Street is a 34 story highrise hotel at 50 Third Street in San Francisco California. It opened in 1984 as the Hotel Meridien San Francisco. It was the first private project of the City of San Francisco Redevelopment Agency’s development in the Yerba Buena district. It was later known as the ANA Hotel San Francisco and then The Argent Hotel.Scenes in David Fincher’s 1997 film The Game were shot in the hotel.
