Wells Fargo Center for the Arts (formerly known as the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts) is a performance venue located just north of Santa Rosa California by U.S. 101. The venue was known by its new name on March 12 2005. The Arts Center is owned and operated by the Luther Burbank Memorial Foundation a non-profit arts organization established in 1979.
