Wayne Elcock (born 12 February 1974 in Birmingham) is an English former boxer. He held the English British and Commonwealth titles and also won the minor WBU World Middleweight title. Elcock challenged for the IBF middleweight title against world champion Arthur Abraham on 8 December 2007 losing by a fifth round knockout. He retired in 2009.
