Wang Qiang (January 16 1975 – November 17 2005) was a man from Budayuan Town Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County Liaoning province and one of the most notorious serial killers and rapists China has seen for decades. When he was a child of a small village of Kaiyuan city of Liaoning his father was addicted to drinking and gambling denying him the chance of entering school. He committed first murder on Jan 22nd1995 and was caught on July 14 2003.
