Waltham Forest Town Hall (formerly Walthamstow Town Hall) is a Town Hall located in Walthamstow East London. The building is of stripped classical 20th century architecture. Walthamstow Town Hall was designed and built by Philip Dalton Hepworth in 1941. The Town Hall is made of Portland stone and influenced by Swedish buildings of the interwar period. Although it now has Grade II listed status it’s not frozen in time. It plays an important role for the population of the borough.
