James Wallace O’Connor (August 25 1903 – October 11 1950) was an American competition swimmer and water polo player who represented the United States at the 1924 Summer Olympics 1928 Summer Olympics 1932 Summer Olympics and 1936 Summer Olympics.In the 1924 Olympics he won a gold medal in the 4×200 m freestyle relay event. He also was a member of American water polo team which won a bronze medal.
