The first WAGR D class (1884) was a single member class of tank locomotive used by the Western Australian Government Railways (WAGR) from 1884 to 1903. Its wheel arrangement was 0-6-0ST.The D class locomotive was built in 1884 by Hunslet Engine Company of Leeds England. It entered service the same year as a jetty shunter on the long jetty at Fremantle.
