Vyacheslav Vladimirovich Nagovitsyn (Russian: Вячесла́в Влади́мирович Нагови́цын; Buryat: Вячеслаав Наговиицын) born March 2 1956 in Glazov Udmurt ASSR Russian SFSR Soviet Union) is the Head of the Republic of Buryatia a federal subject of Russia. He has held the office since July 10 2007. Nagovitsyn is the member of the United Russia party.Nagovitsyn was born in Glazov a village in Udmurtia. He spent most of his life in Tomsk.
