Vox (Latin for voice) is a Spanish political party created in January 2014 by dissidents of the People’s Party. The reasons for this schism seem to be the way PP government dealt with the issue of the terrorist group ETA violence the fiscal policy of the People’s Party and the wish for a more centralized government in contrast to the current federal-like political system (State of Autonomies) that currently rules Spain.
