Viktor Solovyov (Russian: Виктор Соловьёв; born 1932) is a retired Russian swimmer. He competed at the 1952 Summer Olympics in the 100 m backstroke event but did not reach the finals. In 1953–1954 he swam the backstroke leg in the 4×100 m medley and helped the Soviet team to set three world records. Between 1950 and 1955 he won eight national titles and set six national records in backstroke disciplines.
