The Vietnam Veterans Memorial (The Wall-USA) is an on-line Vietnam War memorial. It was started in 1996 by the veteran Alan Oskvarek who became disabled in the Vietnam War. It is now run by unpaid volunteers of the 4th Battalion 9th Infantry Regiment Manchu (Vietnam) Association on a not-for-profit bases and is supported by voluntary contributions. It uses the U.S.A. government’s official database.
