The Viña del Mar psychopaths (Spanish: Psicópatas de Viña del Mar) was the name given to the Chilean serial killer duo Jorge José Sagredo Pizarro (August 22 1955 – January 29 1985) and Carlos Alberto Topp Collins (January 25 1950 – January 29 1985). They committed ten murders and four rapes from August 5 1980 to November 1 1981 in the city of Viña del Mar. They are also known for being the last men to be executed in Chile.
