Variation (1827–1847) was a British Thoroughbred racehorse and broodmare who won the classic Oaks Stakes at Epsom Downs Racecourse in 1830. The Oaks was Variation’s racing debut and she went on to win a total of eight races from fifteen starts. Her other successes included three match races the Oatlands Stakes and two editions of the Garden Stakes at Newmarket Racecourse.
