Vadym Lepskyy (Ukrainian: Вадим Лепський; born July 9 1985 in Kremenchuk Poltava Oblast) is a Ukrainian swimmer who specialized in individual medley events. Lepskyy qualified for two swimming events at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing by clearing FINA B-standard entry times of 2:02.94 (200 m individual medley) and 4:21.16 (400 m individual medley) from the Multinations Swim Meet in Prague Czech Republic.
