Ángel Víctor Paz Estenssoro (2 October 1907 – 7 June 2001) was a politician and president of Bolivia. He ran for president 8 times (1947 1951 1960 1964 1978 1979 1980 and 1985) winning in 1951 1960 1964 and 1985.
