The Urban Mediamakers Film Festival (UMFF) is a film festival hosted in Atlanta Georgia United States. The festival takes place annually and has 501(c)(3) charitable organization status. The inaugural festival took place in 2002. Short film Ravishing Rasberry was named Best Animation Film at the 2003 festival. In 2004 Ngardy Conteh’s Soldiers for the Streets was screened at the UMFF. Caryn K. Hayes’ The World of Cory & Sid was nominated for Best Television or Web Series in 2009.
