UrbaChina is a collaborative project funded by the European Union within European Seventh Framework Programme under the theme ‘Understanding urbanisation trends and processes in contemporary China’ [SSH-2010-4.1-3]. The project started in March 2011 and will last 48 months.UrbaChina analyses China’s urbanisation trends for the next 40 years and define possible future scenarios with reference to concepts of sustainability.
