Voters chose 30 representatives or electors to the Electoral College who voted for President and Vice President.Pennsylvania voted for the Democratic candidate Martin Van Buren over the Whig candidate William Henry Harrison. Van Buren won Pennsylvania by a margin of 2.36%.
