Voters chose eight representatives or electors to the Electoral College who voted for President and Vice President.Oklahoma was won by incumbent President George H.W. Bush (R-Texas) with 42.65% of the popular vote over Governor Bill Clinton (D-Arkansas) with 34.02%. Businessman Ross Perot (I-Texas) finished in third with 23.01% of the popular vote.
