Voters chose twelve representatives or electors to the Electoral College who voted for President and Vice President.Massachusetts was won by Democratic Governor Bill Clinton of Arkansas with 47.54% of the popular vote over incumbent Republican President George H.W. Bush of Texas with 29.03%.
