The 2004 United States presidential election in Iowa took place on November 2 2004 throughout all 50 states and D.C. which was part of the 2004 United States presidential election. Voters chose 7 representatives or electors to the Electoral College who voted for President and Vice President.Iowa was won by incumbent President George W. Bush by a 0.67% margin of victory despite losing the state to Al Gore in 2000. Prior to the election most news organizations considered this a swing state.
