The United Democratic Alliance is an alliance of parties in Zambia. It is formed by the United Party for National Development United National Independence Party Forum for Democracy and DevelopmentIt won 27 out of 150 elected members in the 28 September 2006 National Assembly election. Its presidential candidate Hakainde Hichilema won 25.3% of the vote.
