Ulpian Fulwell (1545/6 – 1584/5/6) was an English Renaissance theatre playwright satirist and poet.He became a rector of Naunton in 1570 and a member of St. Mary Hall Oxford in 1578.One of his works Like Will to Like has been analyzed in a study exploring the themes of morality and vices in relation to the devil. The play has been further credited as being influential in a later play Grim the Collier of Croydon.
