Baseball was introduced as a sport in the seniors division of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines in 1938. Baseball was added in the Juniors Division as a demonstration sport in Season 74 (2011-12). Six teams are participating in the seniors division while there are three teams in the juniors division. Baseball in the UAAP is an all-male sport.
