Tylżycki (Polish pronunciation: [tɨlˈʐɨt͡skʲi]) is a Polish yellow cheese made from cow’s milk. It is a semi-hard cheese that is a variety of Tilsiter. However in a 1997 study of 15 Polish cheeses this came out as one of the three softest and one of two with the lowest cohesiveness and springiness.
