Shrimant Subadar Tukoji Rao I Holkar IV Bahadur (1723 – 15 August 1797) was the Maharaja Holkar of Indore (r. 1795 – 1797). He was second son of Shrimant Tanuji Holkar. He married two wives. He had four sons Malharrao (II) Kashirao Vithojirao & Yashwantrao Holkar.
