Troy Pannell (born 17 August 1976) is an Australian rules football field umpire in the Australian Football League. He has umpired 105 career games in the AFL. In 2004 before his AFL career began he was awarded the Golden Whistle by the New South Wales Australian Football Umpires Association In 2012 Pannell was appointed to his first final the Elimination Final between Geelong FC and Fremantle FC at the MCG.
