Troy Lane Dalbey (born September 19 1968) is an American former competition swimmer two-time Olympic champion and former world record-holder.Dalbey attended the University of Florida in Gainesville Florida where he swam for coach Randy Reese’s Florida Gators swimming and diving team in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) competition from 1986 to 1987.
