English Rugby Union South West Division – Tribute Western Counties North is a level 7 English Rugby Union League.Western Counties North is made up of rugby teams from around the Northern area of the South West of England. Teams play each other twice home and away in a season. Four points are awarded for a win two for a draw and zero for a loss.
