Travis Park is located in the Bexar County city of San Antonio in the U.S. state of Texas. The park was once part of the original Alamo Mission in San Antonio at its current location and is situated across the street from the Saint Anthony Hotel. Francisco Garcia purchased the land in 1819. In 1851 the land was acquired by Samuel Augustus Maverick.
