Towson Square originally known as Towson Circle III while in planning is an outdoor mall currently under construction in Towson Maryland. It is scheduled to open in 2013 and to be completed by 2014. The outdoor mall is estimated to cost $85 million to build by its developers Cordish Company and Heritage Properties Inc..
