Tore Haugen (born 1 October 1931 in Askim) is a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party.He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Akershus in 1989 and was re-elected on one occasion. He had previously served in the position of deputy representative during the term 1977–1981.Haugen was a deputy member of Oppegård municipality council in 1963–1967 but became mayor in the periods 1969–1971 and 1971–1975.
