Floyd Anthony Tony Raines (born April 14 1964 in La Porte Indiana) is an American stock car racing driver. He is a former National Touring Series champion in the now defunct American Speed Association and 1999 Rookie of the Year in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. Raines competes part-time for various teams in the Sprint Cup Series and Nationwide Series.
