Tom Armstrong (13 September 1903 – 16 March 1957) was an Australian politician. He was a member of the New South Wales Parliament from 1953 until his death in 1957. He was independent but generally supported the Australian Labor Party government of Joseph Cahill. Armstrong was born and educated to elementary level in Lambton New South Wales. He was the son of a coal-miner and began working as a miner at Wallsend Colliery at age 14.
