Tomás Jesús Yarrington Ruvalcaba (Spanish pronunciation: [to̞ˈmas xe̞ˈsus ˈjarintõ̞n ruβ̞alˈkaβ̞a] born 7 March 1957) is a Mexican politician affiliated to the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He held office as the Mayor of Matamoros from 1993 to 1995 and the Governor of Tamaulipas from 1999 to 2005.
