Toqach or Tohax (Kazakh: тоқаш Kyrgyz: токоч Uyghur: тоғач Uzbek: Samarqand noni/Самарқанд нони) is a type of tandoor bread. It is consumed within the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China as well as in many regions of Central Asia (Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan).
