Todd Torres (born June 11 1968) is a former international breaststroke and freestyle swimmer from Puerto Rico who participated in two consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country starting in 1988. His best Olympic result was a 12th place in the Men’s 4x100m Freestyle Relay at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona Spain. Torres also competed for the United States winning a gold and a silver medal at the 1987 Summer Universiade in Zagreb.
