Todd Cooper (born 25 June 1983 in Kidderminster) is a freestyle and butterfly swimmer from England who competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens Greece. There he finished in 22nd position in the 100 m butterfly. Cooper a member of swimming club Stirling twice competed at the Commonwealth Games in 2002 and 2006.Cooper represented Great Britain at the 2008 Summer Olympics in the 100 m butterfly swimming event.
