Tod David Brown (born November 15 1936) is an American bishop and retired prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who served as Bishop of Boise Idaho from 1989–1998 and as Bishop of Orange California from 1998–2012. Brown was born and raised in Northern California and studied in California and in Rome before being ordained to the priesthood in 1963. As a priest Brown held several positions in the Diocese of Monterey.
