Tobe Coller Davis (12 June 1888 – 25 December 1962) more commonly known as Miss Tobe or Mrs Tobe Davis was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin the only daughter of Oscar A. Coller (19 April 1858 – 26 October 1920) and Tobea Silberberg (18 January 1869 – 18 June 1888).
