Thymidine (more precisely called deoxythymidine; can also be labeled deoxyribosylthymine and thymine deoxyriboside) is a chemical compound more precisely a pyrimidine deoxynucleoside. Deoxythymidine is the DNA nucleoside T which pairs with deoxyadenosine (A) in double-stranded DNA.
