Thomas Rattray D.D. (1684–1743) was an Anglican clergyman who served as the Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church from 1738 to 1743.He was consecrated a college bishop in the Scottish Episcopal Church on 4 June 1727 at Edinburgh by Primus Millar and bishops Gadderar and Cant. He was appointed the Bishop of Brechin in December 1727 before translating to Dunkeld in 1731. He was also elected the Primus in July 1738.He died in office on 12 May 1743 aged 59.
