Thomas Louis Glenn (February 2 1847 – November 18 1918) was an attorney and politician from Idaho. Glenn served a single term as a Populist in Congress from 1901 to 1903 representing the state at-large.Born in Kentucky he served in the Confederate Army during the Civil War was wounded captured and imprisoned. He was later was a state senator in Kentucky. He moved to Idaho in the 1890s and practiced law in Montpelier in the southeast corner of the state.
