Thomas Joseph Costello (b. February 23 1929) is a American Roman Catholic bishop.Born in Camden New York Costello was ordained to the priesthood on June 5 1954 for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse. On January 2 1978 Costello was appointed titular bishop of ‘Precides’ and auxiliary bishop of the Syracuse Diocese and was ordained bishop on March 13 1978. He retired on March 23 2004.
