Thomas Bluett (1879–1958) was Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives 1925–1927.Bluett was from Philadelphia Pennsylvania and served in the House 1921–1927. He resigned from the House upon being elected a Philadelphia Municipal Court Judge in 1927.
