Theodore Ernst Kara (April 2 1916 – 1944) is an American boxer who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.He was born in Cleveland Ohio.In 1936 he was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the featherweight class after losing his fight to the upcoming silver medalist Charles Catterall. Theodore Kara also won three NCAA boxing championships at the University of Idaho in 1939 1940 and 1941.
