The Oatmeal is a comics and articles website created in 2009 by Matthew Inman (born c. 1981-1982) who often goes by the nickname the Oatmeal. The website features comics drawn by Inman quizzes and occasional articles. Inman lives in the Fremont area of Seattle Washington United States and his second published collection is How to Tell if Your Cat is Plotting to Kill You.As of 2010 The Oatmeal got more than four million unique visitors a month.
