Nicholas III Foundation is the private foundation of Henry Nicholas a philanthropist victims’ rights advocate and co-founder and former co-chairman president and CEO of Broadcom Corporation.In 2003 the Foundation was known as the Henry T. and Stacey Nicholas Foundation. It current name was adopted after their separation in 2006.
