The Tasmanian Government Railways (TGR) M Class is a design of 4-6-2 steam locomotive built by Robert Stephenson and Hawthorns in 1952. Ten were built for use on light passenger and mixed trains on the mainline railways of Tasmania and saw service from 1952 to 1975.
