Teuku Muhammad Hasan (April 4 1906 – September 21 1997) was an Indonesian Politician and The First Governor of Sumatera after Indonesian Independence in 1945 and Deputy Chairman concurrently Home Affairs Education & Culture and Religious Affairs ad interim in Sjafruddin Prawiranegara’s Indonesia Emergency Cabinet (22 December 1948 – 13 July 1949).
